Ski trip on Saturday, January 20, 2007 to Mountain Creek Ski Area in Vernon NJ.

NOTE – Family members are welcome if accompanied by adult- Same fees apply.

Please reserve the following (indicate the number of participants for each item:

_____ Limited lift access with rental and group lesson ($39)

_____ All area lift access with rental and group lesson ($49)

_____ Eight Hour full lift ticket only ($30)

_____ Attending but will bring own equipment and lift ticket
